Warrantee

All living organisms selected by Stillwater Ecosystems are warranted against normal loss for six months and will be replaced during regular maintenance. Replacement species will be at the discretion of Stillwater Ecosystems based on availability. The warranty does not cover losses due to improper owner care, vandalism, theft, utility outages, or other impacts outside the control of Stillwater Ecosystems.

All electronic equipment (lights, pumps, aerators, etc.) is warranted for one year after purchase.

Stillwater Ecosystems, LLC provides the best quality third-party containers and equipment for your ecosystem. However, Stillwater Ecosystems, LLC is not responsible for any damage to the home or office due to any leaks or container malfunction.
